Be Safe, Be Respectful, Be Responsible!
New LCAP Committee Information
The Board of Trustees and Superintendent appreciate all of the participation in the District’s Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF) meetings. We have received valuable input that will help us to develop the District’s Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP), which is the next step in the process. 2 members from each of the various sub-group meetings have been selected to participate on the LCAP Committee. This Committee will work with District Administration to determine the best use of available District resources for the 2014/15 school year, as well as the next two school years, to close the student achievement gap and improve our student’s education.
Thank you in advance to your commitment to the students of the Adelanto Elementary School District. We look forward to working with you.

Blue Dot Conversations!
Mesa Linda Middle School is proud to participate in the Blue Dot Anti-Bullying Campaign that originated in a classroom in Ohio, but has spread throughout the nation. At Mesa Linda, a blue dot on the classroom door means that a teacher has made a commitment to show students they care by making it a priority to speak to them about issues they are having on campus or in their personal life. In addition to the teaching staff, administration, security, cafeteria, custodial and para-professional staff have also joined the movement. Students will be able to identify participating staff without classrooms through a blue dot button that will be worn by the staff member. For more information about origins of the Blue Dot Campaign, please download this pdf.
